Rules & Regulations

No one under the age of 22 shall be permitted to rent or operate the watercraft at any time. The renter/operator of the craft shall be fully and completely responsible for all passengers he/she invites onto the craft.
Ensure all operators know how to swim and to reboard the watercraft. It is suggested that reboarding be attempted in shallow water at first.
No wakeboarding, waterskiing, knee boarding, tubing or towing of any kind will be permitted at any time.
No nighttime operation. Operation shall only occur one half hour after sunrise and commence one half hour before sunset.
Operators and riders must obey all federal state and local laws at all times.
No one under the influence of any alcohol, illegal drugs or any mind or body altering substance may operate or ride the watercraft at anytime.

All operators and passengers must wear a Coast Guard approved personal flotation device at all times.
Shatterproof glasses, gloves, foot protection are recommended when riding personal watercraft.
Operator and passengers must wear protective clothing. This must be a wet suit bottom or clothing that has the equivalent thickness. Standard bathing suits and clothing do not provide adequate protection against forced entry.
